Suggested levels of donation:

  • Platinum: $2500 or above
  • Gold: $1000
  • Silver: $500
  • Bronze: $250

Sponsorships are available for all members and you must sponsor in order to give a presentation.  Sponsor slots are available on a first paid sponsor basis.

Registration Fee: $175.00 (US) or you may also pay $200.00 registration at the conference if you wish to pay there; however we still need your registration form mailed or faxed before March 1 to reserve your place and book conference meals.
